Cosmetic Paintwork Repairs.
Q. Will I be able to tell it has been repaired?
A. In a vast majority of cases no. Only extremely deformed or badly split bumpers may show a slight sign of a repair. The pictures of the blue Porsche Boxster on the Repair Gallery page are a good example of a badly deformed bumper, we did however manage to repair it so you couldn't tell it had been done! We always inform customers when they come for a quote if we think we may not be able to get it 100% right.
Q. Is the repair guaranteed?
A. Yes, all work is guaranteed for 12 months. On the extremely rare occasion that a warranty repair needs carrying out we always endeavor to do it at a time that is convenient to the customer.
Q. Will you be able to match the original colour?
A. Yes, we use the latest onsite colour matching system and the paint we use - Max Meyer Aquamax is manufactured by PPG, one of the world's most respected automotive paint manufacturers.
Q. How long will I be without my car?
A. Almost all repairs are completed within the day, if you can only be without your car for a few hours or half a day let us know at time of booking and if possible we will try to accommodate your request.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept all major credit/debit cards. We also accept cash or cheque with a cheque guarantee card.
